Thank you for supporting the arts!

On Saturday, May 10 from 10am – 4pm, at the Kewaskum Middle School, come and help us celebrate the next generation of artists and support current artists in our 5th annual “Gateway to the Arts” festival. This year, we will have performances from the middle school show choirs, the MeloDivaz, the KMS Jazz Band, the Kewaskum Drama Club, and more! Free “Make It and Take It” activities for kids will run until 1pm. Food will be for sale with proceeds from brats, burgers, and hot dogs going to benefit 2015 Arts Council-sponsored events.

Re:Voiced, an a capella vocal group, will be performing at Kewaskum High School Theater on Thursday, March 13 at 7pm. Tickets for this special show are only $10 and are available at the Kewaskum High School office or at the door on the night of the performance. ReVoiced will donate a portion of all ticket proceeds back to the Kewaskum High School Choral department, so this is a great way to support local singers!

Hearing the term, “a cappella,” most people’s minds travel back in time to the eras of that classic barbershop sound. Guys standing on a sidewalk singing in consonant four-part harmony, wearing stylish straw boater hats… you know the ones. ReVoiced, however, is NOT your classic barbershop group.

Covering a fun and exciting combination of classic oldies and newer pop hits designed to appeal to multigenerational audiences, reVoiced rekindles old flames while lighting new ones. They will have audiences singing, dancing and clapping along as they “revoice” old favorites and new hits with their unique style, moves, personalities, and their powerhouse vocals. Simply stated, reVoiced is THE vocal group to take you from a merely enjoyable event to a truly unforgettable experience.
